Abstract Background Phyllodes tumors of breast are rare fibroepithelial neoplasms. They have similar radiological findings with fibroadenomas. While fibroadenomas benign lesions, phyllodes may malignant potential. Therefore, any imaging to differentiate fibroadenoma from tumor valuable. Case presentation A 51-year-old female patient was admitted our clinic the complaint a palpable mass. Tru-Cut biopsy resulted as tumor, and excision recommended. However, neglected herself during COVID-19 pandemic, 20 months later, she presented huge complex On CESM imaging, cystic areas clefts were identified. The case diagnosed borderline tumor. Conclusions Although MRI well known reported many times, there is no information about this in literature. Bubbly appearance on useful finding diagnosis breast.
